The Mound Builders are a 4 piece metal act hailing from Central Indiana. They've Incorporated Sludge, Doom, Hardcore Punk, and Stoner Rock into an ever evolving sound of their own that has been turning heads in the Midwest scene for the past 10 years. Their signature is heavy, loud, with tempos that can turn on a dime.

Over the years their live shows have developed into an all out, booze soaked, frenzy that Decibel Magazine recently dubbed "party sludge with a brain".
